Open daily from noon – 10:00 pm (noon – 8:00 pm, Sunday) in the Prairie Pavilion.

Westerner Park is located in south Red Deer, at the corner of Gaetz Avenue and 19th Street. We have the following four gate entrances:
- Main Gate off 19th Street
- South West Gate off 49th Avenue
- North West Gate off 49th Avenue
- South East Gate off 17th Street (livestock exhibitors only)
