Steve Jevne is a Calgary based singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer. With over 100 live shows under his belt in 2024, including a Western Canadian Spring Tour, Steve brings a level of professionalism and experience with his brand and delivers a high energy performance as an acoustic solo act while also offering various forms of duos, trios and full band options.
Once a founding member of the CMAB nominated duo ‘As High As We Go’, Steve has his feet firmly planted in the Alberta country music industry. After producing and releasing his first single ‘Best Friends Fall In Love’, Steve decided to move forward as a solo artist while still continuing to work with others closely as a songwriter and producer.
Steve has scored and produced the theme music for the past 3 YYC Music Awards and has also been nominated once in the category of Country Artist of the year. He has also been recognized as a 2nd ballot nominee in 3 categories for this year’s Country Music Alberta Awards, including Horizon Single of the year for the track ‘Mr. Bartender’, which was released to radio last spring.
