When do I move in / out?

A move in schedule will be provided on June 17, 2024 including a designated time frame based on your booth location. Move-in starts on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and continues on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Move-out takes place on Sunday, July 21, 2024, from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am, and Monday, July 22, 2024, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. 

What are the booth prices and additional costs?

Booth prices vary based on size and location. Inside 10×10 Booth is $550, Corner 10×10 Booth is $650, and Booths selling food are $700. Additional costs may include extra weekly admission passes at $40 each. 

What is included in the booth amenities?

Booth inclusions consist of a 10×10 floor space, 8 ft tall draped back wall, 3 ft tall draped side walls, one 110-volt power outlet, three weekly admission passes, inclusion in the printed Market guide, and (1) 8’ table and (2) folding chairs are available upon request only. 

What are the regulations for products at the Westerner Days Market?

Products must adhere to regulations, including no obscene or offensive items, no alcohol, cannabis, or tobacco products, and no display of items promoting illegal substances. Helium balloons, open flame candles, and weapons are also prohibited. 

Are there exclusive product suppliers and sponsors?

Yes, PepsiCo is the exclusive soft drinks supplier. Goodkey Show Services is the official display contractor, while Telebyte Communications handles internet and Wi-Fi services. 

What is the process for selection and notification of application status?

After the March 1, 2024 deadline, the selection team will review applications based on various criteria. Notifications of application status will be sent via email at the beginning of April 2024. 

What is the timeline for key events and deadlines?

Online applications open on January 19, 2024, and the deadline for submissions is March 1, 2024. Notification of status begins in April 2024, with booth fees due by June 1, 2024. AHS documents are due on June 10, 2024, and insurance documents must be submitted by July 2, 2024. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Vendors can cancel up to 30 days before the show opening (June 17, 2024) with a refund, minus a $100.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice before show opening. 

How do I arrange for security and shipments?

While Westerner Park provides general security, vendors are responsible for their booth’s contents. Shipments are not permitted to Westerner Park, and arrangements must be made with Goodkey Show Services for any shipped packages.
