An integral part of Westerner Days, the North American Pony Chuckwagon Championships will provide 5 days of racing excitement featuring the Pony Chuckwagons, Chariots, and the Stars of Tomorrow!

The Alberta Professional Chuckwagon & Chariot Association (APCCA) will be returning to Westerner Days as the sanctioning organization for the North American Pony Chuckwagon Championships. The APCCA has been entertaining crowds since 1968 and Westerner Park looks forward to some exciting battles to the finish line during their season of “Racing across the prairies”. Thank you for a successful evening!

The 23rd Annual North American Pony
Chuckwagon Championships Tarp Auction, held at the Harvest Centre at
Westerner Park on April 12, surpassed all expectations, marking a resounding
success! With over 220 attendees, a total of $180,000 was generated for the North American Pony Chuckwagon and Chariot drivers and the races during Westerner Days.
